100 g skeins = 110 yards (100m)
3 1/4- 3 1/2 stitches to the inch on size 10-10.5 needles (6-6.5mm)
Hand wash, lay flat to dry. Dry cleanable.
Great for felting--very even.

ALAFOSS LOPI ICELANDIC YARN
Beautiful yarn from landrace sheep with unique qualities. It fulls beautifully and makes great mittens that stay warm even if they get wet. How they do this I have no idea, but it is true.

I'm so glad you had a supply of most of the Lopi colors I wanted to replace and some new colors to use for my cat toy making stash! This yarn is getting more difficult to find, and the popular colors such as Happy Red, are just not available.

I had searched high and low, from Iceland and throughout the US looking for the red Lopi and white as well but to no avail, and had decided my Christmas catnip mice were going to have to be hot pink this year, yarn already in my stash....when low and behold, I found your store and you had both the red and white in stock and ready to ship!
