Seven sizes for actual bust measurements of 34" (36, 38, 40, 44, 48, 52). This garment is very close fitting and has negative ease; that is, the finished measurement is smaller than the bust measurement to allow for the stretch of hairpin lace.
The pattern is written for DK weight yarn--we would use Butterfly Super 10 Cotton. You'll need a hairpin lace loom (also known as a crochet fork), and crochet hook.
