A unique and modern novelty style lace-weight yarn with a beautiful composition. A core of silk makes the yarn so unbelievably soft. At the same time, the silk content bestows a sublime luster. Not too fuzzy, just a gentle haze similar to brushed mohair, but without any itchiness or tickle.
This yarn is delicious used alone, for lace projects, but can also be combined with other yarns for an ephemeral haloed look.
- 68% Nylon, 32% Silk
- 22 stitches & 30 rows over 4"
- US 5-6 needles (3 1/2 - 4 mm)
- 50 gram ball is about 360 yards (330m)
- Hand wash, dry flat, do not use fabric softener
Note: this yarn can be slippery to work, so we recommend bamboo needles
