by Lucy Neatby
A great hat! Constructed from a strip of connected triangles, which is folded and mattress stitched together. The brim and optional lining is constructed of brioche stitch. Two contrasting yarns, a single color, or odds and ends may be used.
One size, adult, with 22" circumference. This pattern uses fingering weight or sock yarn, and takes about 500-550 yards total (all colors). Tips and recommendations included on how to adjust for different yarn weights.
