Christmas Cottage Blanket Kit

Get in the spirit! A stunning Christmas blanket or throw, just waiting for you to make it up for your home (or a spectacular gift). Two sizes available.
The kit comes complete with the yarn and printed pattern. The small size throw measures 41" by 47.25", and includes fifteen skeins of ColorLab Aran, a beautiful 100% British Wool that is grown, spun, and dyed in the UK. The large blanket knits up to 55.5" by 59.5" and includes nineteen 100g skeins. The colors are classic Christmas Emerald green and Ruby red, Clotted Cream for the background, and True Navy.
You will need a US 8 circular needle, 32-36" or 40-47 inches, depending on the size of the blanket your preference. Gauge on this yarn is 18st per 4 inches, but unless you knit very tightly or very loose you won't need to change needle size.
This blanket has a quilt-like look to it, with simple cables between the columns of motifs. The motif blocks are worked in stranded (fair isle) technique with most motifs in 2 colors. This is not a beginner's fair isle project, but should be well within reach if you are an intermediate to advanced intermediate knitter with some fair isle stranded experience.
