100% Pure Icelandic Lopi Wool Yarn from Istex Mills
Fjallalopi is the newest member of the Lopi family! Perfect for late fall and winter garments in the warm areas of the US where Alafoss Lopi is too heavy. It is half the thickness of Léttlopi, and knits to a DK/light worsted gauge. It is suitable for lighter garments for adults and children alike.
The new color palette contains 28 shades, with all the tried and true favorites plus a striking group of brighter contrast colors.
- 100% Icelandic wool
- 50g balls are about 162 yards (150 meters)
- Gauge is 22 st & 29 rows over 4", using US 4-6 needles (3-4 mm)
- Hand wash, dry flat; dry clean
