Forest Dew
Exotic Fiber Blend in a Fingering/Lace Weight
A fantastic creation from Lotus Yarns! This elegant yarn is a heavenly blend of angora, merino wool, tencel, and cashmere. So soft and light it is hard to believe. The colors are rich and true.
One 50g ball of Forest Dew Fingering has 400 yards, enough for a long fancy scarf or a shawlette. Use 2 or more skeins for larger shawls and stoles. This yarn is perfectly suited for any beautiful lace pattern that calls for fingering/lace weight yarn.
Although the blend has 30% merino, there is very little elasticity in this yarn, so it drapes beautifully and is light enough to hold a rib pattern. Treat it as a vegetable fiber, and do swatch for accurate measurements.
