This standard length, loose fitting Aran Cardigan is worked from the bottom edge to the underarm in one piece. The body is split at the armholes. Four sizes with finished chest measurements of 40", 44", 48" and 52." Takes 1460 (1540, 1700, 1865) yards of a worsted or Aran (heavy worsted) weight yarn. Ideas for yarns include Wendy Traditional Aran, Ultra Alpaca, Gems Merino Worsted, Mountain Meadow Worsted, or Riverstone.
