This beautiful blend of fine wool and yak fiber in your hands will produce incredibly soft and light weight garments that are a joy to wear. Inspired by the nomadic tradition of yak herding, Nomad encapsulates the spirit of movement and creativity.
The natural yak fibers are not bleached, so they give the yarn a characteristic grey-brown undertone, which produces a heathery look. It is perfect for sophisticated casual wear, and appealing for menswear also.
We have chosen the colors which best reflect the heathered look, but there are also darker shades and a few brights which we will be happy to get for you. Look at the entire color card here. Remember, if you would like a color sample, please email Laurel for a clip, no charge.

- 85% Extra fine virgin wool, 15% yak fiber
- Sport weight
- 26 st & 38 rows = 4" (10cm)
- Recommended needle US 6-7 (4-4.5mm)
- Gentle, warm wash; lay flat to dry; or dryclean
