The Peacock Feathers Stole is a stylized version of a peacock's tail in full display, from the small feathers at the center of the peacock's back down to the dramatic sweep of the tail. The stole is worked by casting on at the center back, and working to one end where a crochet cast off creates a delicate, lacy finish. The other half is worked the same after picking up stitches on the center back.
Finished size is about 22" by 78" after blocking. Recommended for Advanced-Intermediate Lace Knitters. Uses about 1000 yards of fine laceweight yarn. Try this in Claudia Silk.
