Reborn Jeans
Nice and soft, and what a great value! This yarn made from recycled jeans (post consumer) is unusually soft and the touch resembles a mixture of bourette silk and wool. The color range is narrow and that is done on purpose so as to avoid bleaching it to dye in different colors. The polyester part of the yarn is made from recycled PET bottles. The raw material is sourced in India, where the yarn is spun by the same father-and-son owned company that produces Reborn Wool. The dyes used are free of animal derivatives. We are starting with the 4 blues, and will add the blacks if the demand is there.
