This is a classic straight-sided long jacket with design and knitting interest provided by simple stitch patterning. The look is sophisticated enough for a day in the city, yet equally at home in the carpool line or a walk through the woods. Although the all-over pattern appears complicated, it is very easy to read existing stitches on either side of the work, and easily memorized after a repeat or two.
