If your country is not in the dropdown ftermsmenu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time. | |
| What are my payment choices? | |
| All payments must be in US Dollars. We offer credit cards and Paypal, but we do not pay any currency conversion fees. Please consider the conversion rate from your currency to USD, and understand that your bank or credit card company may charge an extra fee. During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you. | |
| When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges? | |
Shipping PoliciesWe generally ship Monday through Saturday. Most in-stock orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. Shipping may be delayed if we are short on stock to send you uniform dye lots, but we will contact you via email if your shipment is delayed. By default, we use US Postal Service for domestic shipping. This allows our customers to choose a variety of options: low cost First Class for light weight shipments 13 ounces and under, standard, priority, and express. Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information, based on the service you choose in the drop down box. These rates are determined by USPS. Please understand that once we turn your shipment over to the USPS, we cannot control how long it may take to get to you. If you require a private carrier, we can ship UPS or FedEx but you must arrange this in advance so we can quote you the price. The biggest delays in delivery of international orders is usually your country's customs service. Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. We use United States Postal Service Global to ship outside the USA. International shipping rates are always country to country. That means the rate is the same from anywhere in the US to anywhere in your country. Shipping up to 4 pounds (1.8 kg) is eligible for "First Class" shipping to most countries, and the price is based on weight in 4 ounce (113g) increments for most countries. This is the least expensive method we know.You may choose a faster and more expensive option. All packages 4 pounds and over must be shipped Priority International Sometimes our computer software overestimates the charges because of rounding errors for multiple items. This is usually only a problem for larger international orders that contain a number of very light weight items. If we can ship your order less expensively, we will do so as a matter of course, and adjust the charge to your credit card, or refund your Paypal account. This is hard to predict, but be assured that we are very conscious of the shipping expenses for our international customers. |
